This is a permanent, full-time position based out of Williston, North Dakota. The Parts Runner position supports operations and equipment needs by picking up and delivering parts between vendors, the JMAC Resources shop, and various field locations. The position reports to the Parts Manager.
  • Work in accordance with JMAC Resources People First, Safety Always company value.
  • Pick up and deliver parts/supplies from area vendors to JMAC shop and/or locations where JMAC Resources or an affiliate is operating, as well as deliveries to department heads
  • Ensure correct parts and quantities are received, identified, and delivered on a timely basis
  • Assist with restocking products and inventory control in parts department.
  • Update inventory Excel spreadsheet; scan invoices and post to AP
  • Operate small equipment (skidsteer/fork lift) necessary for loading/unloading large deliveries/freight.
  • Miscellaneous duties as needed for support of daily shop operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
  • Valid drivers’ license and clean driving record
  • Experience operating a skidsteer or relative small equipment with desire/aptitude to learn.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic to advanced computer skills
  • Strong team player having good problem solving skills and a commitment to meeting customer needs
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, vendors and customers
  • Able to read and understand company policies and procedures
  • Able to speak, read and write in English effectively
  • Demonstrated reliability and ability to work proactively and independently
  • Able to work under pressure
